PEACE AMBASSADOR: JOE OSODI
Joe Osodi, a 15-year-old SSS1 Science student of St. Gregory’s College, Lagos is the Peace Pals
International Art Exhibition and Awards 2021 First Place Winner (14-16 years Category). 16-
year-old Thailand national, Chappamarrangsi Suwannchart and 16-year-old Hong Kong national,
Pui In Kali Suen is in second and third place respectively. Malaysia, China, Indonesia,
Pakistan, Poland, Singapore, Thailand, and the United States of America are among the countries
whose representatives participated in the Arts Exhibition.
Peace Pals International is a program that promotes the universal message of peace to unite
the hearts of all people on earth. The program which has run every year since 1997 is the most
prominent global art contest for young people.
With heightened individual self-determination and unrelenting focus and of course, the guidance
of his Visual Arts teacher, Miss Oludele Yetunde, Joe joined youths all over the world to
compete in the Peace Pals International Arts Exhibition and triumphed in his category. We are
proud of him and wish him more blessings of success in the years ahead.
